Mary Dean is known for an eclectic approach to women's issues, including survivors of Sexual Abuse. She received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Duke University, and a Master's Degree in Social Work from The University of Pittsburgh. Mary Dean brings many years of experience as a therapist in Pittsburgh, and at both the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda Maryland, and the National Institutes Health just outside Washington DC.
She has had experience while employed at Mercy Behavioral Health and at Persad, assisting those designated as sexual minorities deal with personal issues. She also has experience assisting individuals with substance abuse issues.
